Dance shoes are not sized the same as street shoes, every manufacturer and shoe style can fit differently. We strongly recommend that an individual be personally fit. Our staff will help ensure that a dancer is wearing the best shoe for their foot and level of dance.

Our customers have the option to be added to our computerized customer files in order to receive a dancer discount. This also allows us to keep track of your purchase history. If you provide an email address, you can sign up for our monthly newsletter and receive email blasts.
Please call to schedule your appointment to ensure our dedicated and trained staff can accommodate you. You should allow approximately 30-40 minutes for proper pointe shoe fitting. Please arrive no later than one hour before closing to allow enough time for a proper fitting. During off peak times we can accept walk-ins, priority will be given to customers with appointments. Group fittings before or after hours available appointment only. We carry pointe shoes from Bloch, Capezio, Russian Pointe, and Merlet. **Due to high traffic volume and for the convenience of our customers, we can not accept appointments on Saturdays during the months of September and June. No walk-ins**
If there is something you need that we don’t have in stock, we will gladly source it and place a special order. We also offer volume discounts for groups. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for all special orders. All special orders or group orders must be pre-paid. Tax exempt purchases require a certificate of exemption with tax id number. Tax exempt purchases are valid only if paid by the tax exempt organization. All special orders or group orders are a final sale.

All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase with original receipt and in original packaging with tickets intact. Items must be new and unused without any sign of wear or tear. Please be advised as of 3/16/20: We are not able to issue any refunds until further notice. Customers may exchange merchandise or receive store credit.
All clearance items, dance belts, and other undergarments are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All Special order items are final sale. These items cannot be returned or exchanged and must be paid for in full at time of order.
For our ship to customers: All shipping charges are final and cannot be refunded.
All returns are at the discretion of the owner.
